About Summer Lift Pass Options in Les Deux Alpes
Les Deux Alpes is a summer resort that offers it all; Europes largest ski resort glacier, over 100km of certified mountain bike terrain, a golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, trampolines, a pump track for children and much, much more. What you'd like to do here in the summer and how long you're here for will determine which lift pass you will need.
There are four main types of Les Deux Alpes summer lift passes:
- Glacier Experience - Gives you access to all the ski lifts and the snowpark on the glacier, as well as the bike park
- Bike Pass Experience - Gives you access to all the lifts that access the bike park on both sides of the valley and to Venosc
- Oxygene Experience - This is the pass for pedestrians which gives you access to all the lifts up to the glacier, those on the Valley Blanche side and down to Venosc
- Active Experience - Gives you access to more summer activities in resort & discounts on others
Summer skiing passes
The 2 Alpes glacier at 3200m is the largest skiable glacier in France and has one of the best summer snowparks in Europe. The facilities on the glacier are ideal for ski race training, freestyle and half-pipe, making it hugely popular with teams from around the world.
A 'Glacier Experience' pass grants you access to the Jandri lifts, the funicular and all the ski lifts on the summit of the glacier. Passes are available from a half day up to 15 days. You'll also get access to the bikepark with this pass, so you can ski in the morning and mountain bike in the afternoon.
Passes for 2 to 5 days give you access to the swimming pool (once per day), 3 trips on the luge and 1 hour of tennis for 2 people (you must each have a pass).
Passes for 6 days or longer give you access to the swimming pool (once per day), 6 trips on the luge, 1 hour of tennis for 2 people, (you must each have a pass) 1 golf putting session, 1 archery session, 1 day of mountain biking in any of the 4 Galaxie areas; Alpe d'Huez, Serre Chevalier, Montgenevre & Puy St Vincent, plus you get a discount on the Adventure park in Venosc.

Mountain bike passes
Mountain bike passes for Les 2 Alpes cover four sectors in resort, from just below the glacier on the Jandri side, the Valley Blanche and the villages of Mont de Lans and Venosc.
Passes are available to buy from a half day morning or afternoon up to two weeks. Passes of 2 to 5 days include access to all the pedestrian lifts as well as all the mountain bike lifts. Passes of 6 days and longer get access to all the pedestrian lifts as well as all the mountain bike lifts, plus 1 free day at the bike areas of Alpe d'Huez, Serre Chevalier, Puy Saint Vincent and Montgenevre and a preferential rate at the Venosc adventure park.
4 day and 10 day non-consecutive passes are also available.

Families save -10% on the cost of their passes. There must be at least 2 adults or seniors aged 19 to 71 years and at least two children or juniors aged 5 to 18 years.
Children under 5 and adults of 72 years and over get to take any of the summer lifts for free. Proof of ID required.
Pedestrian passes in Les 2 Alpes are known as 'Oxygene Experience' passes. You can buy passes for a half day, 1 day, 6 days, or single or return journeys on each of the individual lifts. 6 days passes include a visit to the ice cave, otherwise it's €5 for adults and €4 for children.
Access the resort on foot and explore the variety of hiking routes on offer in the summer months. Take in the views from the glacier of the surrounding mountains with or take single or return trips on La Tourra, Valley Blanche, Village, Cretes and Le Diable lifts. Mont de Lans lifts are free for pedestrians.
Some of the pedestrian passes are only available to buy at the ticket offices when you arrive, whilst others you can buy in advance.

Active Experience Passes
There are a whole host of activities to do in Les Deux Alpes every summer. As well as the passes mentioned above you can also buy passes for the swimming pool, summer luge or toboggan, jacuzzi, tennis, beach soccer and access to the adventure park in Venosc. Prices for these activities don't include the hands free card which (unless you already have one from a previous visit) you'll need to add on - €2 per person.
