Discover the incredible off-piste in Les Deux Alpes with the European Ski & Snowboard School! This is for skiers who want to get on and ski off-piste without standing around and talking about it too much.

From easy-to-access off-piste just beyond the lifts to epic back-country descents arriving at remote villages, not to mention a link to the legendary La Grave-La Meije area, Les Deux Alpes has off-piste itineraries to suit all tastes.

With off-piste guiding and instruction from the European Ski and Snowboard School, you get to experience the best terrain Les Deux Alpes has to offer with an experienced, top qualified, locally based instructor. Avalanche safety equipment is available to hire from the ski school if you do not have your own, and safety is always the first priority.

In a private off-piste lesson or freeride clinic you can develop your off-piste technique at the same time as exploring the mountain. The Clot de Chalance, Les Gourses, North Face of the Rachas, Deversoir couloir and the East and West Faces of the Belle Etoile are all waiting for you.

The Dome de la Lauze at the top of Les Deux Alpes provides the link to La Grave – La Meije and spectacular back-country skiing in a high mountain environment. The Vallons de la Meije and Chancel itineraries are classic off-piste routes that should be high on any serious skier’s wish list, and the return via the iconic Telepherique de la Meije cable car is another experience not to be missed. Steeper runs, as challenging or extreme as you want them, are available in abundance for the adrenaline junkies.

All instructors speak great English and the team as a whole is comprised of experts who are passionate about the mountain.
