A cosy fully furnished studio on the ground floor with South facing balcony, overlooking the public swimming pool and close to the main Jandry express lift.

The kitchen consists of a washing machine with dryer, fridge/freezer, with an island workstation, this leads into the living area where there is a double sofa with a table that opens up for storage. For entertainment, the property comes with a good sized Samsung flat screen television, PlayStation. Wi-Fi and Satellite Television.

The South facing balcony has a raised platform with under storage and a day bed, with a further large storage box located outside on the balcony. There are also two large internal cupboards for storage along with a ski locker in the basement boot room.

The property comes with an underground parking space, only accessible by security garage door.
