2 Alpes resort closed for October half-term 2018

Unfortunately there is insufficient snow cover on the glacier, and recent weather has only degraded the snow even further. The resort always aim to open the ski area, however this exceptional decision has been made to help preserve the glacier on this occasion, especially in light of there not being any significant snow fall on the upcoming forecasts. Sadly this means that the Enjoy the Glacier event have both been cancelled.

The resort of Les Deux Alpes will still be open to visitors, and free activities will be offered to those in resort from 21st October to 1st November 2017. These include access to the Diable and Venosc mountain bike trails and various hiking trails, climbing, fitness, yoga, zumba and many more activities.
