With 225 kilometres of pistes over 425 hectares, Les Deux Alpes should be a serious contender for your next ski trip destination. With the winter opening set for December 1st and ski passes now on sale, it's time to get planning to beat the rush.

Les Deux Alpes sits high up in the Oisans region, with a ski area ranging from 1300m to 3600m in altitude where you'll find one of Europe's largest skiable glaciers. This altitude gives the resort snow-sure conditions most of the year round and with the neighbouring off-piste mecca of La Grave, the area offers some truly world-class skiing. There are 225 kilometres of pistes here covering an area of 425 hectares. The 47 ski lifts and a funicular on the glacier give you access to a total of 96 pistes of which 17 are green, 45 blue, 22 red and 12 black.

The 2018/19 season will run from December 1st 2018 to April 27th 2019, with early bird season passes available to buy online before October 21st, with a lesser discount will then be made available until November 25th. During the high season a six day adult pass will retail at €255, children's €205, and senior's for €237, with options for family passes and four-person group passes.
