Road closure due to landslide

The main road linking Venosc to St-Christophe-en-Oisans (RD530) is still closed following yesterday’s road slide. Around 4pm on Sunday afternoon several tons of rocks and trees fell 100m onto the road. Despite being quite busy, no one was hurt in the incident. read more... |

Two children unharmed in Les 2 Alpes avalanche

It was reported today that two children were caught in an avalanche yesterday (Sunday) afternoon at around 2pm. They were rescued immediately and the piste security team continued searching the area until 3pm, to ensure that no one else was involved in the accident. read more... |
